Big sissy loves going for rides around the block with anyone that will take her....and she also loves Uncle Matt's 'short shorts' |

The effort I put into a roast chicken on Monday was completely lost on Ella. What did she eat? About 20 carrots and that's it |
|
Our neighbour's (Joe's new besties) keep letting us fill up bags of Plums, and by bags I mean bags....about 30 plums at a time every 4 or so days. They're delicious!!!!! |

An evening bike ride turned into a very near miss for Daddy Joe, Ella and Faith. I didn't know they'd all gone out on the bike together, but when they got dropped off about 15 minutes later by a mysterious car I knew something had happened. Turns out Ella and Faith were both on the middle bar, Ella's foot had touched the wheel which made Daddy Joe put the breaks on and they all flipped over the handle bars. Not a scratch on the big two, but my Bobby's face got a beating. She was so good about letting me clean it (when she came in I could hardly see her face for all the blood). She went off to bed fine (after 5 lollies!) and hasn't complained about it since. What a little trooper. And we've learned our lesson from that episode. I shudder to think what could have happened if they'd fallen at an angle off the footpath into the traffic! |

Her t-shirt doesn't look that bad but there really was blood all over her face :( |
|
While the littlies were at kindy today Faith persuaded me to go around the block on my first scooter ride (and probably last). I didn't super enjoy the bumpy footpath and bending over the short handle bars |

Always happiest when playing with her babies (Elephant, Elmo, Mrs Bunny, Elaroo, Tigey) |

Just before bedtime on night 2 after the accident. We had the Elders over so we had a beautiful trifle for dessert but she cried and said 'I really want a pear for my refreshments please Mum!!!' |
