January - Kohitātea

School's back and after a long, hot, summer I finally have a moment to catch up on this

Mairangi Bay

My kids....always in school uniform stuff during holidays and weekends. Not sure why it doesn't bother them at all but so long as they're clothed it doesn't bother me

The sad january night when we were going to go to the pools but their behaviour was poo that we came back inside and put washing away instead

Julie and Luke's super fun waterslide party

Slogging it away at his 2nd assignment while we were going outside and enjoying the sunshine

Mac getting his FHE ready

This generous and compassionate girl saw news about the bushfires in Australia and came to ask me if she could donate to one of the funds. I left it up to her and she decided to give $68 of her own money!! If there's one thing that all my kids are really good at, it's giving money away. We can NEVER walk past a beggar without the kids going 'Mum, you can't just walk past, it's not right'

Grandie's been gone a month and we're so excited he's arriving back today

The day the kids spent 3 hours in this small room and never came out! I would've never believed it was possible but Joseph and I attended a funeral and the kids chose to sit in here with snacks and ipads.

Just spying on them....still there after 1 hour!

It was a costly exercise cause I'd put money on the line....$80 later!

She's one of a kind this kid

Thanks for taking 500 pics darling

Thanks for trying to hang out the washing doll
Seth's $20 spend

Dally's $20

Random foamy bubble things from the library summer reading party

Mum was in charge of date night and this dinner was flippin' amazing + watching 'All American' with my main man....what a combo!

This critter is so flippin' cute....I love it when he goes 'Aunty Mel....'

'Mum, you know she's gonna get bullied for that....do you even love her?'
Yes I do love her, and I'm sure Faith can handle it if anyone laughs at her

First phone call on her little brick
