November 2020 - Whiringa-ā-rangi

I didn't take many pic during November and I'm blaming that on my botched jaw procedure that had me in a whole world of pain and discomfort. Thank goodness for Rachel the Osteopath!

What a fun afternoon we had at the pools with the Chch Ormsbys

And an awesome sunday with them attending our ward and then coming back to ours for a big lunch

Dad in the middle of some number crunching/brain frying/working out a tender

Faith had to do a service day where she worked in the community and any money she made had to be given to school. She wasn't too impressed with the giving away money part so I think she made a deal with her boss to give some and keep some!

I bought this when Faith was about 18 months old for her eczema and it's been with us ever since.
A solid 11 years!

Dalls is a reluctant reader no more thanks to her reading points chart where she adds up the pages she's read over multiple books and earns prizes. Brilliant idea we both thought but the other kids were pretty salty about it...rightly so cause I never did anything like this for them

When Pete and B's car was 'stolen' at Westcity

Oh no, no drama afterall. They went to the wrong level of the carpark!

Our delicious haul from the Food Show. Pete and B bought us tickets and they went for a date the night before us. What a cool, yummy, different night out!

October 2020 - Whiringa-ā-nuku

Look who's been slack. It's now December 29th and I'm just adding October's pics!

We find the street name 'Cutty Sark' really funny so we had to take a pic

Giving Dad a big thumbs up when we walked past one of his jobs in Hobby

Carina Corona, a little stopping point on our Hobby hikoi

Scarfelina as the girls call this crafty installation

Cutesy cuzzie Indie had a big tumble off her bike so Ella so kindly and generously used her own money to buy this box of goodies to send down to her

I can't remember why Ella, Dally and I stayed at home one night but we did this drawing tutorial to keep from breaking down

A fun outing to do the driving range for the first time. A hundred balls turned into at least 200 cause we picked up all the ones that didn't go very far so we could hit them again!

Why do people in Ranui and Northwest/Westgate not make use of the amazing free activities put on at the library? Who knows, but we sure love them. Apart from one other family we had this room to ourselves to watch/sleep/eat

Our first gym sesh together at about 9:30pm at night. Damn this girl is strong, she was showing me up on quite a few machines. I had her on my rehab legs favourite though!
