Ward Primary PJ Night

The Ward Primary Activity was eagerly awaited in our household.....and I mean hardout eagerly awaited!!!!! We talked about it every day for about 3 weeks beforehand, and as the time got closer, bedtimes were a dream because there was the threat of 'you can't go to the PJ Party if you do a bad bedtime tonight!'

My goodness, did it live up to our expectations.....exceeded them by far. Everyone in our family had an awesome time from the moment we walked in the door till the moment we left. 

Faith's bestie Stella and her brother Lucas came too so that made it extra special....

what cool kids they are!

Pizza, chips, chicken wings.....nah, her eyes lit up when she walked down the table saying 'no, no, no....yuss, grapes and mandarins!'

So we basically did a bit of zumba, build huts with blankets, played a few team games, then had pizza and other treats and finished off with watching Frozen with even more junk food. Love that at church we have these fun things to go to (for kids and adults alike...at times I didn't know who was having more fun, Daddy Joe and I or the kids) Our Primary Presidency all deserve a medal for the effort they put in. We sure are blessed in our ward with the lovely ladies that serve our children.

The sign of real success for the night was when we got in the car to drive Stella and Lukas home and Lukas said 'Can I come to your church every Friday night?!?!?!?'
