Caramel Cinnamon Rolls

Wow, these are easy, yummy and dangerous. The picture doesn't really do justice to how much of a delicious treat they are...trust me, they're good!

1/2C sugar
1/2C potato flakes
3/4C skim milk powder
1 tbsp yeast
shake of salt

125g melted butter
2 beaten eggs
2c warm water

5-6 cups of standard flour

Mix first ingredients in a bowl
Mix next ingredients in a different bowl and then combine with first bowl and mix together.

Add 5-6 C of flour and mix until a dough.

Leave to rise for 1 hour (or more)

Roll out into large rectangle and cover with melted butter (I use a brush for this). Sprinkle on brown sugar and cinnamon.

Roll up into a long log and then section into pieces about 2cm thick using a piece of string to cut.

Arrange in oven dish (with baking paper makes for less mess afterwards) and then cover with mixture of 1/2C cream and 1/3C brown sugar (that's the caramel). Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and cook for about 20-25 minutes at 180C.
